.What Were Looking For:Background Check: Employer conducts screening.You must be able to pass a Level II background check. Trustworthiness is key!Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must. Whether youre commuting to different homes or running errands for clients, youll need to be on the move.
Valid Licenses: Current valid drivers license to operate company vehicle and vehicle insurance (if applicable).CPR and First Aid Certified: Its essential that you hold up-to-date certifications in CPR and First Aid to ensure the safety of our clients.

Providing personal care assistance to clients in their homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support.Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients through regular monitoring and documentation.Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing emotional support.Maintaining a positive and professional attitude - youre an essential part of the clients day-to-day experience.
