Our client, a major food processing company is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Operations. The ideal candidate will have Electrical skills, Mechanical skills and Leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Williamsport, MD 21795
Pay Range: 80-90k
What’s the Job?
Lead all Plant Maintenance on the 3rd shift
Schedule and delegate all PM activities
Drive productivity with the Maintenance Team through "Hands on" Leadership
Ensure all Safety Protocols are adhered to
What’s Needed?
4+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility
The ability to work with electrical current of up to 480v
Experience with Hydraulics & Pneumatics
PLC troubleshooting experience
HS Diploma or GED
