JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager for Personalization (Engage/CRM) will lead, oversee, and manage the activities and resources related to BSWHealth's Personalization efforts. The Personalization Product Manger will be responsible for daily management and ensuring timely execution of custom development for their respective area of focus. The Engage/CRM product is a platform build on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that captures interactions between BSWH customers (patients, Health Plan members, employers) and BSWH.
Engage/CRM is also a platform which powers multiple BSWH contact centers, many BSWH consumer solutions, much of BSWH's Chatbot/Chat capabilities, targeted marketing campaigns/outreach, and enables a more complete picture of a given customer.
In this role you will partner with the Lead Product Manager to ensure the success of a cross-functional agile software development squad whose make-up includes developers, consumer products stakeholders, and quality assurance professionals. You will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensure that these products are completed with the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
SALARY : The pay range for this position is $41.35/hour ($86,008/year) for those with entry-level qualifications up to $72.26/hour ($150,300/year) for those highly experienced. The specific rate will depend up on the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Manages cross-functional teams in product, design, and development.
Assists in the management of scope, cost, schedule, and quality of large-scale, complex, and strategic products.
Develops and distributes communication plans.
Co-lead planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.
Stay up-to-date on the latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycle.
Assists in identifying problems and opportunities
Assist in gathering, distilling, and synthesizing business requirements and translating effectively into product requirements and technical specifications.
Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
Actively identifies and resolves issues and risks, communicating out when necessary.
Works with the Lead Product Manager and leadership to implement change management processes.
Assists in developing metrics to assess the success of products and features
Provides operational assistance for the Digital Team.
Informs leadership and stakeholders of key activities and progress of each project
Collaborate with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed.

Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking towards problem solving
Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
Proven experience in Product Management
Healthcare experience preferred
Understanding of Agile methodologies, design thinking process and design systems
Self-starter with a bias to action
Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across disciplines.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
