Family Window Cleaning & Property Maintenance, LLC is seeking a full time exterior property maintenance technician. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a fast paced but detailed environment. Will be willing to train the right candidate. Job Requirements: ? Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record and a cell phone ? Clean - cut, drug free and able to pass a background screen. ? Must be capable of carrying and climbing ladders and working from heights ? Must will authorized to work in the United States and understand English fluently Duties will include exterior maintenance work such as window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, roof cleaning and general handyman services Hourly pay ranges from \$19.00-\$21.00 per hour DOE.
