Eaton Corporation Engineering Manager- Software in Hadapsar, India
What you’ll do:
Accountable to drive organic growth for Eaton by demonstrating innovation leadership to provide solutions for customer applications
Responsible for the implementation of strategic actions related to capability and infrastructure development
Collaborate closely with global and local teams to efficiently develop and implement growth strategies and technical roadmaps for proactively influencing and providing solutions
Responsible for developing the technical and organizational talent to drive the objectives for infrastructure and intellectual capability building for DataCenter products by using relevant organizational processes (example talent acquisition, performance management, Organizational and Technical capability assessment framework)
Efficiently apply the organizational processes to achieve the objectives and outcomes. Continuously look for opportunities to improve the processes by applying DFSS, LEAN and DMAIC principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from accredited institution
9+ years of experience in Software quality assurance
5+ years of experience with Java, C# programming, Python or other scripting languages.
5+ years of experience in leading teams across different software prodcuts
9+ years of experience with Product Development Lifecycles like Agile and its processes
Good experiece with Project metrics realted Development and QA
Strong People management Skills with form graspof the ELM
Proven record of leading a fairly large team and meeting the Global Stakeholders expectations
Skills:
Experience working in an Agile SCRUM development lifecycle
Experience working in .NET framework development projects
Understanding of relational database design and testing against SQL Server
Understanding of Unit and System level testing with Automation framework
Understanding of DevOps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Problem solving skills,Working in ambuiguity, process management, Team Management skills
