Job Overview
해외 수출업무
수출 출하 담당자로서 Intercompany 및 해외 직거래 고객사의 오더를 접수 받아 출하 업무가 원활하게 이뤄질 수 있도록 한다.
Daily backlog확인, block order 관리 등을 진행하며, 고객사 요청 및 문의사항을 검토하여 적시에 정확한 피드백을 제공 하고 이에 맞는 액션 플랜을 수립하여 ECE의 극대화에 목적을 둔다.
Production planner와 긴밀하게 협업하여Non active, Excess Inventory, pastdue을 최소화 하는데 기여하고 Billing 극대화에 노력한다.
주요 업무는 생산 일정 확인, DO & Shipment creation, cancel & rescheduling, Allocation plan 수립 등이며,
이를 위해 생산부, 자재관리부, 품질부, 영업부, 포워더 및 관세사 등등과 주로 연계 업무를 진행한다.
Job Responsibilities
수출에 필요한 Invoice, packing list 등 creation 업무
포워더와 선적 스케줄 Booking 및 일정 조율 업무
관세사와 수출 통관 업무
선적 스케쥴 관리, BL 관리 등 서류 업무
Sales Order 접수 및 Delivery Order creation, 출하 및 사후관리
Order management (reschedule, cancel, DS shipment etc)
긴급 item Backlog/ Usage/ Urgency 기준으로 production팀과 담당 ,해외 구매 담당자와 일정 소통.
중국, 인도등 FTA 협정 맺은 국가로 수출 출하건에 대한 원산지 증명서 발급 업무
-범용 item들의 고객사별 Backlog/ Usage/ Urgency 따라 Daily 배분 진행
