Your new role – challenging and future- oriented.
On time delegation of EC field engineers
Recruitment of site engineers
Training and development management
Productivity and time sheet management
Implementation of relevant delegation procedures, guidelines, and instructions
The role will report to the Head of EC
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:
Bachelor’s degree - Technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar)
Global Mobility experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
High motivation to develop new ideas, fast learner, quick adaption to the environment and deep diving ability.
Strong leadership and communication skills, result oriented with a team player mindset.
5 to 10 years of work experience in power generation and transmission projects as an advantage
Previous experience of leading or supervising a team as an advantage
International language like German will be an advantage.
