What you will do:

  • Team member of the SCRUM team with expertise in WPF applications development.

  • Analyze software requirements and generates detailed design specifications

  • Backlog grooming, User stories estimations, designing, Implementation, code reviews, unit testing,and documentations

  • Participate in all Agile SCRUM Rituals - Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos and retrospectives, etc.

  • Follow software engineering best practices.

  • Compliance with Quality Management System and Design Controls

  • Work with all the stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliveries

  • Work with other remote and on-site development teams

  • Open to new technologies/ languages and stay current with the latest tool and technologies,

  • Self-motivated and require supervision or technical mentoring of other team members

  • Identify & implement practical solutions to technical issues at the platform level.

  • Perform manual and automated code reviews for complex applications to identify development, testing, and security flaws.

  • Support security features and design considerations

What you will need:

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 4+ years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

  • 4+ years of Software Development experience in Windows-based Applications

  • Solid hands-on experience in OOAD, OOPS concepts, C#, WPF, Multi-threading, and Communication protocols with .Net Framework & .Net Core.

  • Good hands-on experience in the Design and Development of User Interfaces using MVVM (Model View View Model) and Data Binding.

  • Strong hold on Architecture Designing, Design Patterns & UML

  • Good exposure to multi-tiered application development and databases.

  • Knowledge of native languages and components C/ C++/VC++, Win 32 API, COM.

  • Experience in writing COM interoperability and wrapper applications in C# and C++.

  • Hands-on experience in Medical Industry communication protocols - FHIR, HL7 & DICOM

  • Experience in Device Communication protocols and teleconferencing.

  • Experience in the Integration of Electronic Health Record (EHR /EMR) Systems.

  • Experience in Video Integration Software.

  • Knowledge of third-party tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, PTC Integrity, Cruise Control, Visual Studio Enterprise, ANTS, etc.

  • Well-versed with Software Dev-Ops practices.

  • Good understanding of the SDLC process around new product development

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in working with distributed teams across geographies
