The team you will be a part of
The Material Management team is responsible for inventory audits and maintaining inventory at optimum levels. Develops procedures to enhance the effectiveness of inventory control programs. Coordinates with relevant departments to schedule, audit, and reconcile periodic physical inventories. Oversees incoming shipments of merchandise to ensure that inventory is accurate, updated and provided according to schedules.

To ensure efficient planning and improve product availability across channels.
Your responsibilities will include
Responsible for overall planning function.
Responsible for product availability across channels
Drive efficiency and S&OP processes.
Lead S&OP and cross functional engagement
Drive Forecasting along with Demand Planning team and gap analysis
New product launch planning
Long term demand planning and capacity planning
Responsible for efficient inventory planning
Responsible for IT dashboard for planning function
Responsible for automation in planning
Minimum requirements
Product availability across channels (90% + availability)
New product launch as per the plan (100% as per plan. No delay due to planning error)
Timely completion of Long term Capacity Planning
Inventory modeling, inventory planning and drive quality of inventory
Automation in Planning
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS - PG from NITIE / IIT- SJMSOM/ SP Jain/Symbiosis
EXPERIENCE/ PREFERRED INDUSTRY - 8 -12 years
Additional information
FUNCTIONAL
Production Planning and scheduling
Hands on experience on Advance Excel Tools
Import and distribution planning will be added advantage
Knowledge of SAP- R3- PP & MM module
Experience of S&OP management
Logistics operation experience is desirable
