What you will do:

  • Independently and timely execution of complete project deliverables.

  • Participate in the entire NPD process including concept designing, supplier selection, testing, design finalization, Verification and Validation activities.

  • Utilize advanced project management tools and skills to plan and manage projects, including preparing budget proposals, project plan, resource requirements etc.

  • Lead cross-functional project team, frequently collaborating with R&D, Advanced Operations, Independent Reviewer, Marketing, RA/QA and Quality services.

  • Communicate effectively with all Customers, Stakeholders and project teams in delivering on Project Lead responsibilities.

  • Ensure all project deliverables are executed per the requirements of divisional Design control procedure and adhere to the agreed upon timelines.

  • Manage creation of DIOVVs, risk analysis, dFMECA, CQAs, Test plan and other deliverables.

  • Act as R&D representative during interaction with project team and upper management, including DFM activities with AO & production vendors.

What you need:

  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Software Engineering.

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience for Project Manager: 2+ Years as PM and should have delivered at least 2 NPD projects of good scale.

  • Preferable 2 years of experience in medical device industry.

  • Minimum 2 years in similar role of product development.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Project Management and Documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex product development initiatives within tight timelines - completed NPD project from concept through release.

  • Applied knowledge of project Management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Experience in Agile methodology, scrum based SW development, Scrum Master preferred.

  • Strong experience of SW development processes and sustenance along with PLM experience.

  • Awareness about ISO13485 and International standards, and norms
