Google Programmatic Specialist, gTech in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.

  • 3 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.

  • Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.

  • Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad operations and measurement platforms.

  • Knowledge of the Programmatic landscape and capabilities.

  • Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, specially Display and Video 360 (DV360).

  • Ability to navigate and influence within a complex business environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance, and quickly complete large volumes of high-quality work.

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will manage a book of business, working across the entire business cycle. You will plan, pitch, implement and optimize. You will investigate client’s business objectives and lead a holistic programmatic ad strategy in DV360.

  • Operationalize DV360 campaign management, deliver sophistication in media activation and campaign management for a portfolio of key Advertisers/Agencies.

  • Act as a thought leader in introducing and driving new or advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on DV360.

  • Collaborate and build relationships with external clients to help them with their programmatic campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth.

  • Collaborate with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans of our large advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of the market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.

  • Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management with trading leads agencies, work to clear up partner-level insights around how optimization could be improved. Help product teams by identifying and defining feature requests and product feedback.
