The position will be in the global acting challenging technical environment in the fluid systems proposal engineering department for Large Gas turbine auxiliary systems. The Fluid Systems department works across multiple locations in Orlando (US), Mulheim (GER), Erlangen (GER), This position is located in Gurgaon (IND) and is to manage the Proposal engineering for Large Gas turbine auxiliary systems.

. Majority of the tasks will be in proposal engineering but also supporting execution of customer projects and site support.

• Interaction with internal partners and customers requires good communication skills.

Your new role – challenging and future- oriented:

• 3 to 7 years of engineering work experience

• 2 years in process engineering, knowledge for various fluid systems for example lube oil, control oil, Drain Systems, Fuel gas, Fuel oil, Wet Compression System

• Review & understanding technical bid documentation.

• Support customer clarification meetings in the proposal phase.

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process within the team and ensuring motivation and a high-performance culture.

• Actively support the overall improvement process to increase the quality and e efficiency in Proposal Management.

• Excellent team player to support and serve the global team.

• Knowledge of FABA Soft/SAP PDM is preferable.

• High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities.

• Ability to travel globally.

• Strong dedication to the product and willingness to own it.

• Solid understanding about the interactions of quality, costs, and delivery time

• Bachelor/Masters in Mechanical or Process Engineering or other comparable degree.
