Role Overview:
As a Collections Analyst with Eptura, your role is vital the business. We are looking for an experienced member to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Partnering with both our Clients and Internal Departments to resolve all queries ensuring customer satisfaction and earliest possible payment.
Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.
Maintain accurate cash forecasting for the region’s collections.
Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.
Undertake account reconciliation as required.
Aid with customer master data control.
Maintain customer self-service portals when needed.
Support in sales meetings both internally and externally
Other ad hoc revenue duties may be asked as needed
About you :
3+ Years’ experience within a Credit Control Function
B2B experience
Must posses excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting at all levels and with all internal and external stakeholders.
Be a self-starter and able to work independently, creatively and conscientiously
Are upbeat, personable, willing to contribute ideas and to work with an international team
Precious experience with SaaS/subscription business and NetSuite/Salesforce system experience is preferable
