This position is part of the Government Business Team and will be located in Delhi.

Responsibilities -

• The candidate shall have experience of managing the channel partner tool kit, maintain data of channel partner, agreement and renewal of agreements.

• Working closely with Sales team to ensure intime competition of trainings of channel partners and execution of agreements.

• Onboarding of new Channel Partner, Due diligence, training, agreement etc.

• Maintain the records of FOC Kits, Working with Salesforce Business Analyst, APAC for automation of the process in SFDC, Support for the audit's statutory requirements,

• Tender management : Maintain good records of Gem Bids : Review of all published Bids and Keep the documents for participation ready, Coordinate with Finance and Tender Lead for EMD readiness etc.. Maintain Tender/Bids tracker and Order Tracker.

• Documentations : Bill/Invoice documents readiness for submission, letters for tender participations.

• SFDC Account creation, Sales Account creation for Commercial India in coordination with Sales team.

Relevant experience : Good data management, familiar with SFDC, Tender management, Tender Bids participation
