With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
Design, develop, and support frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams
Contribute toward predictable delivery of quality release
Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation
Mentor team members on Automation frameworks
Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality
Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
B. Tech. / MCA / M. Tech (16+ years of formal education)
Total experience of 4+ years with solid technical background and 4+ years of experience working on automation using Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/WebDriverIO with JavaScript
Hands-on coding experience in any programming language Core Java,/Python
Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives
Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
Solid working knowledge of ATDD/BDD
Knowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Actions, Docker, SauceLabs
Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
