Job Responsibilities : The Real Estate North America Program - Support Analysts role will be responsible to provide IT support for NA Real Estate teams for the deployment for Aon’s Real Estate Platform built by IT. This role will be working very closely with business and IT Teams to configure and onboard various large clients of Aon on to the Real Estate Platform built on SharePoint, PowerPlatform and Workflow based technologies. The Analysts will be responsible to document and execute the operating process created by Support Lead and IT Development Team to create new sites based on predefined template, build customizations, replicating workflows, implementing new functionality and provide ticket resolution support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Duties
SharePoint Site Configuration and Support – creating sites, lists, libraries, custom views, workflows, pages etc. Integrating SharePoint out of box sites and data with other IT systems using Power Platform and other workflow solutions. Troubleshooting data issues and debugging workflows in a time sensitive manner.
Business Partnership and Stakeholder Reporting - Track the project plan, analyze risks and provide updates by representing the program team in global program meetings with senior leadership.
Requirement Analysis – Partner with Project Management and other teams to understand and document requirements, create user stories, participate in workshop and analysis meetings, provide feedback to improve the support process.
IT Service Management – Work on incoming tickets based on SLAs, coordinate with other IT teams and analysts, and track the closure, escalation management, weekly and monthly reporting.
Create presentations and run meeting with non-technical client teams. Require persuasion and selling to explain the software specifications in non-technical way, understand gaps, and initiate product enhancements.
Analytics and Reporting based on KPIs. Build reports and dashboards to provide input to managers about support team’s performance, escalate any pending issues to management and make recommendations.
Work closely with IT staff, developers and architects to review the development of software and provide design inputs.
Run Testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and document testing procedures and testing reports to assure quality of the delivery.
Ensure system availability and stability to coordinate with other teams. Create tickets for IT teams, support disaster recovery exercise, plan alignment with information security and GSS controls.
Recommends information technology strategies, security policies, and procedures and coordinate with cross-functional team for alignment and compliance.
Define and validate non-functional objectives, forecasting requirements, preparing IT resources efforts, require budgets, and schedules.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings and workshops.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in technical fields or other related discipline, with 3-10 years’ experience in a similar IT development or support role
Experience in Real Estate or Insurance Industry will be preferred.
Strong skills in SharePoint Development, Configuration, Site Management, Power Platform, Power Automate, PowerBI and Javascript Client-side scripts will be must. Experience with software platforms for Reporting, Portals, CRM, Data Integrations, DocuSign, Databases, Low-Code-No-Code Workflow solutions will be preferred.
Experience and understanding of data privacy, real estate compliance requirements, policy administration, risk management, claims process, and systems like Origami and Archipelago will be preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizing skills. Result-orientated mindset, Strong communication skills, Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams, and team members in global time zones.
