S&P Global Head of Hybrid Work Experience in Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Hybrid Work Experience function within Digital Workplace. The function is comprised of Executive Support, Field Services, and Colleague Enablement functions.

  • Develop and execute strategies for hybrid work that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction for both virtual/home and in-office experiences.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of hybrid work programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Develop a roadmap aligned to strategic goals and vision.

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure technology and policies support a productive hybrid work environment.

  • Improve the new joiner experience by ensuring that we develop accurate forecasting models, provide enhanced support options for new joiners, and ensure that metrics are accurately reported.

  • Monitor the in-office experience by conducting office assessments periodically, keeping track of office equipment desk status, and developing plans to refresh office equipment where needed.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with local site leadership to ensure that feedback is provided, issues are documented, acknowledged, and addressed, and ultimately customer satisfaction is improved.

  • Facilitate communication and training for employees and managers on hybrid work practices and tools.

  • Manage budgets and resources related to hybrid work initiatives including leadership of the equipment and hardware ordering team for the Digital Workplace function.

  • Govern and manage the field services function and seek to extend the scope of Executive Support services.

  • Implement a program to collect feedback from employees on their in-office experience including management of the contact management function and recurring “Office Connect” meeting series.

  • Implement a program to track and upgrade the office desk equipment at all S&P Global offices and optimize the experience for colleagues ordering peripherals and equipment for home usage.

  • Lead the standardization, automation, and improvement of processes related to the Hybrid Work Experience team.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in hybrid work and incorporate relevant ideas into the organization's strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading workplace experience functions, with a focus on support and in-office experiences.

  • Product-oriented mindset and experience in leading and working in an agile/SAFE environment.

  • Facility management experience is helpful.

  • Travel may be required to S&P Global sites globally to collect feedback, conduct assessments, and cultivate relationships with site leaderships and key stakeholders.

  • Understanding of financial and procurement processes and systems.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive strategy.

  • Familiarity with the latest end user computing technology and tools that support hybrid work.

  • A growth mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
