Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance Enhanced Due Diligence process, in coordination with enterprise third-party risk management (TPRM) programs, and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

  • Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws

  • Determine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them

  • Maintain and update policies and procedures related to Enhanced Due Diligence and related third-party risk management to ensure compliance with evolving anti-corruption regulatory requirements and best practices

  • Stay up to date about changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting third-party risk management/ or the organization update policies to reflect the requirements

  • Perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved for internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities

  • Manage governance and management routines

  • Strives not only to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for peak operating efficiency

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management during internal and external audits and regulatory examinations

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • CA / MBA Finance or other similar degree

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance role with total experience of 12+ years

  • Proven excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies

  • Solid written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex information and processes in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and team management skills

  • Working knowledge on Data Privacy & AML laws

  • Expertise in Anti-Corruption Act & Local Laws
