Business Unit

The Global Digital Team, including Digital Data Platforms and Digital Experiences, is a fast-growing global function at BlackRock which seeks to engage a multi-trillion-dollar audience of investors, advisors, and institutions with our diverse range of investment products. We are at the center of a company-wide focus on expanding our footprint in the digital space and we operate at the intersection of design, technology, and data. We are constantly driving digital innovation across the domains of web, mobile apps, conversational AI, data models and analytics; while simultaneously driving their implementation, scale, and local adaptations globally.

Operations manager

We are looking a leader with hands-on experience on Digital/ MarTech Platforms, The person should have the ability to break down business objectives into execution projects, functional steps, and processes. Experience in people management is a must. The candidate will lead day-to-day operations across the marketing automation organization.

Working as part of a team based in Gurgaon, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling end to end process of managing the requests in the queue and ensuring a timely delivery.

He or she will also be a knowledgeable, enthusiastic advocate marketing technology, and someone who can collaborate widely with colleagues and extended global teams.

As an Operations Manager the key responsibilities would be as below

Operations management:

  • Process compliance & Governance

  • Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing operations functions

  • Develop and deliver scalable and repeatable processes for a sustained path to growth.

  • Maintain operational dashboards/KPIs to share periodic reports with leadership and internal stakeholders

  • Stakeholder management

  • Supporting inhouse team and internal stakeholders towards operational excellence

  • Work with teams internally to manage end-to-end programs from onboarding partners to managing day to day relationships.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in NA, EMEA and APJ to identify gaps in processes and systems, and optimize workflows for productivity while providing support on marketing campaigns and processes execution

Team & Vendor management:

  • Oversee resources in vendor location who provide day to day support on operational aspects

  • Experience in team handling and building, leading and scaling a hard-working team

  • Responsible for developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Establish the process of monitoring the performance of individual and team by proper reporting and communications mechanism

  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and clearly communicate team goals, deliverables and keep the team updated on change

Training, development & documentation:

  • Provide internal support and training on technologies

  • Create documentation related to process`

  • Create case studies and ebooks

Experience/Qualifications/Personal qualities:

  • Minimum 4-6 years in digital marketing and operations, preferably in B2B Services Industry with Global exposure

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe target, Cvent, etc.

  • Fast learner, high attention to detail and swift follow up with stakeholders

  • Professional experience in a corporate environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree
