Defibtech LLC Enterprise Salesperson in Guilford, Connecticut
Defibtech is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive responsible for driving sustainable sales growth through identifying new business prospects and developing strong relationships with current end-user accounts, while also supporting Defibtechs sales strategy by actively engaging with customers and distributor partners.
In collaboration with sales leadership, the Enterprise Sales Executive
will work closely to develop rapid growth of our US enterprise customer segment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Grows sales by attracting new customers and increasing its share of the market.
- Nurtures and develops relationships with key accounts.
- Generates leads and develops opportunities for enterprise customers.
- Performs sales calls on new prospects and/or in support of current strategic distribution partners to gain new business-to-business sales
- Gathers and utilizes business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and drives new business.
- Partners with key distributor sales contacts to support training about our products to foster our strategic relationships.
- Performs local sales calls in support of distributor partners to focus on new business-to-business account development.
- Demonstrates Defibtechs values on the job. Promotes and participates in continuous improvement.
- Actively supports compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems Regulations, safety regulations and applicable statutes).
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience; bachelors degree preferred.
- Successful track record of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
- Prior CRM (Salesforce) experience, preferred
- Valid drivers license required
- Customer focused with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan, manage and execute a sales plan.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (including LinkedIn), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Specify primary setting(s): remote office/field based with travel up to 60%
- Sedentary work with frequent sitting at a desk working on a computer, standing and short durations of walking throughout location(s) ** and lifting up to 10lbs.
