Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Data Modeler to join a top insurance client on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role responsible for defining, designing, and managing enterprise data models to ensure consistency, usability, reliability, and scalability. They lead the creation of a shared data language for easy interchange across systems and influence the data architecture of new applications and solutions. This role involves setting standards, defining data exchange methodologies, aligning data strategy with business goals, and collaborating with multiple teams to adopt data architecture practices. The role will be 60% data architecture/design and 40% cross functional collaboration, requiring strong experience in data modeling, governance, and leadership, with a focus on strategic alignment and collaboration.

7+ years of exp designing semantic models across various data platforms for implementation (Deep modeling and semantic modeling/ Enterprise data modeling )
7+ years in data modeling techniques
3+ years of data architecture
MDM - master data management
Delta lake
Cloud exp - Azure but open
Awareness of networking and security Insurance or financial services experience null
