About The Role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator supervise throughout the Central American region the perfect execution of commercial plans at the point of sale, to attract our buyers and win on the shelf in each purchase environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the alignment of regional strategies to actionable plans in the field for each country/buying environment. Definition of the materials to be developed that adjust to the needs of each purchasing environment. Ensure and validate the accurate planning in each of the purchasing environments. Supervise the transit and arrival of said materials in each country until its implementation.

  • Develop and communicate the guidelines and training for the execution of the 5Ps at the CP level, such as with marketing agencies; prior coordination with Consumer Marketing, Retail Category Development & Retail Marketing.

  • Ensure the accurate implementation of strategies at the point of sale (POS) associated with visibility, POP, promoters and merchandisers.

  • Ensure and supervise the effective execution of the 5Ps, as well as their communication and maintenance.

  • Communicate progress in the implementation of the different 5Ps strategies in the region.

  • Lead communication with the agency associated with execution issues, promoters and merchandisers.

  • Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize execution processes in the region.

  • Ensure the accurate administration of storage spaces, seeking to optimize processes and investment.

  • Transparently implement the different In-Store projects such as agency transitions or changes in the way our clients work.

  • Lead, guide and develop the In-Store Experts in charge so that they reach an efficient level of performance.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.

  • At least +2 years of field experience (Ideally experience in point of sale management)

  • 85% of English language

  • Excel proficiency

  • Google Suite proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Tableau, Retail Link and RSI management
