Responsibilities
Responsible in the performance of assigned duties as safely and efficiently as possible to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensures a high quality of work is maintained in the performance of tasks.
Supervises a small team of employees as they perform a wide variety of facility maintenance related tasks including but not limited to the below.
Remodel, renovate, and demolish equipment and facilities.
Construct, restore, and install structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, staircases, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and roofs.
Paint finished wood and metal products
Make minor electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs and broken outlets.
Perform inspections and repairs on small HVAC systems.
Repair/replace plumbing fixtures and unclog drains
Cut grass and trim trees
Sweep sidewalks and decks
Clean equipment, shop area, and work site area.
Clean rooms after an employee moves out.
Perform other duties or assignments as required
