Description
- Project quality assurance
Prepare the project quality plan
Define the inspection standard
Identify the project quality standard and transmission and training to relative persons
- New project trial run and phase review
Prepare the trial run plan
Summary the trail run result
Set up the trail run review meeting
SC/CC List preparation
- PPAP management
Prepare and submit the PPAP package to customer
Prepare and submit the PSW package to customer
- Project sample order delivery quality assurance
sample drawing
sample test report
ISIR report and CPK analysis
- Safe launch management
Prepare the Safe launch plan
Set up the kick off meeting of Safe launch
Quit the Safe launch
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Engineering or comparable education
Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body
Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
Product knowledge is important
Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements
Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, statistics, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management
Good English language skills is preferred
Applying useful tools ( A3, PDCA, 5 why) to find root cause
