SALES MANAGER (GUANGZHOU)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines. Act as a leading role for all activities for designated accounts
Cultivate productive relationships with key decision makers and senior influential leaders. Ensure ScentAir is well-positioned to participate in core lists and targeted briefs
Adopt Consultative Selling by utilizing customers & market insights and leads nurturing content to continuously improve leads conversion rate
Work with the internal teams to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.
Conduct Annual / Quarterly / Weekly Sales Planning to optimize the sales activities for maximizing sales return against plan
Fully adopt CRM System (Salesforce) as the tools for sales planning, managing opportunities to achieve the assigned Sales Metrics KPIs and Re-contract completion target for responsible Strategic Accounts
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
University degree with a minimum 3-year sales experience in B2B environment.
Solid sales experience on hospitality, hotel supplies, apparel, sportswear and interior design industries
Capable to identify and create new business opportunities
Proven track record of winning business deals
Sound business and financial acumen with ability to relate decisions to business impacts
Ability of leading cross-functional teams to accomplish the projects
Ability of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencers
Solid Large Key Accounts Management skills with solution selling experience (not transactional selling)
Strong in negotiation and communication skills
Good prioritizing and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage own time and resources while working remotely
Capable to develop and deliver compelling presentations
Computer literacy on Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Salesforce application is preferred
Proficient on spoken business English and Putonghua. High proficiency in written English and Chinese
