Take part in new product project establishment, feasibility study and overall scheme generation;
Make the project plan, manage the schedule, coordinate the R&D resource, ensure that the NPD projects are delivered on schedule, within the requirements of functions and performances；
Run the daily management: collect the information and data, solve the problems;
Coordinate the purchase, quality control, manufacturing technology and production resource in the NPD process;
Write and manage the product documents;
Bachelor degree or above, master degree preferred: Major in Mechatronics, Electronics, Machinery and Instruments;
Highly interested in intelligent hardware and smart home products. Have some foundation in machine, electronics, surface technology and forming process. Know clearly the industry trends;
Familiar with the IPD management methods, platform-based and modular development;
Over 5-year experience in the electronic and instrument product development;
Good communication and coordination. Able to work independently.
