1.负责搅拌缸、挤出、辊压、以及自动包装设备的机械维修，完成核心设备的维护、改造、维修和RCA；
负责完善核心设备的年度维护计划、SWP、维护预算、机械类备件安全库存和工具管理
负责完成新项目的可行性评估，产线设计，开发工艺设备的CBM方法；
开发核心设备的培训材料，培训，认证生产技术员；
Requirements:
了解口香糖生产工艺流程(making & packing)；掌握静设备、管道及泵、搅拌、挤出、辊压以及常见包装设备的工作逻辑和原理 ；
机械设计，机械制图等能力(熟练掌握常见制图软件，AUTO CAD, SOLID WORKS的使用)
项目管理能力(预算管理、供应商管理等)；
具备基础电气及自动化能力；
识别产线及流程自动化机会点，引入新技术完成改造。

10年及以上食品及快消企业工作经历，安全质量意识过硬，扎实的一线工作，动手解决问题的经验；
良好的协调沟通能力，熟练使用精益生产的系统工具；
