Define and implement annual bulk sales strategy and plans for the region based on the company’s overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve/exceed volume, share and profit targets.
Develop efficient sales network and identify new market segment through market research, market data analysis and information exchange in domestic and international markets. 3. Develop new potential Bulk distributors and manage current Bulk distributors to fulfill business needs.
control the price of bulk channel to ensure the sustainable development of business.
Ensure the marketing plans are fully understood and properly executed in regions through communicating with the RSMs and MCMs.
Manage the trade spending and all other expenses for bulk in the region and ensure effective cost allocation to optimize the utilization of financial resources.
Maintain close contact withNBO team\RCP$A team and Area Sales Team to build close relationship to facilitate the speed problem solving.
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 8 years sales experience in famous FMCG companies
2 Years above team management background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and strong leadership capability
