Overview

• China is an emerging market with great opportunities. China Account Team is accountable for driving revenue growth through MasterCard products/services and solution provision.

• The role will be responsible for account P&L, pipeline development, new business development, and portfolio growth.

Role

• Identify opportunities, develop account strategy and drive its execution.

• Develop and structure customized pitches and proposals to meet client needs and address opportunities.

• Manage client engagement throughout sales cycle and negotiate strong outcomes for Mastercard.

• Develop and build relationships at all relevant levels of the client’s organization to ensure effective client engagement.

• Own and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of a new product, a joint marketing activity or service with the client.

• Own all aspects of client servicing and client satisfaction.

• Solid project management and process optimization skills

• Proven ability on both English and Chinese writing skills

• Self-motivator, winning attitude, able to work independently under pressure

• Proven leadership that could lead the cross functional team to deliver results

• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to be effective with diverse internal and external audiences

• Knowledge of technology, payment, and banking industry
