奥的斯正在不断发展壮大,我们正在广州地区招聘一名服务运营总经理,向南部地区的区域总经理汇报工作。该职位的主要目标负责管理服务销售、服务工地和其它服务部日常业务运营管理。

通常情况下,您需要

•审核给SPC的配件订单。

•审核服务合同、S合同和T合同的条款和价格,制定服务销售计划。

•负责服务数据的准确性和真实性。

•监督和控制分公司维保台数、转签、重获和丢失合同。

•做好维保预算并控制成本。

•维护客户关系,及时处理客户异议和投诉。

•确保实现分公司月度、季度和年度业务目标,并进行有效的跟进和监督管理。

•负责完善分公司组织架构,并制定和实施人员发展计划。

•制定和执行分公司的市场开发战略,管理渠道建设,以提高公司市场占有率。

•了解客户要求,及时处理客户异议和投诉,以提高客户满意度

•增强团队凝聚力和合作精神,提高分公司的员工满意度。

成功的候选人需要具备:

•学历:本科或以上,机电、机械、自动化及相关专业

•工作经验:至少5年以上管理经验

•语言能力:国语读、说、写流利,有一定的英语基础

•计算机水平:熟练使用各办公软件

•其它主要资质: 业务能力列项要求: 市场、竞争和增长、客户关系、销售管理、产品知识、核心价值观与奥的斯一致、安全管理、工地管理、财务管理、人力资源管理 领导力能力列项要求: 分析思考能力、创新精神、判断力、沟通技巧、客户导向、发展才能、结果导向、先见能力、聆听技巧、策略性领导技能、团队精神、技术/专业性、人员管理和保留、商业道德规范、卓越服务。
