Description and Requirements
•Bring Up、开发、供应商集成、验证、代码管理、交付、生产问题调查、Bugfix、性能/稳定性改进。
•工厂工具开发：设计、开发和维护基于 Android 的设备制造过程中使用的软件工具和实用程序。这包括用于设备配置、测试、校准和质量保证的工具。
•与生产线集成：与制造团队合作，将工厂工具集成到生产线工作流程中，确保设备制造和组装过程中的平稳高效运行。
•软件生产管道：建立和维护可靠的软件生产管道，用于生成固件映像、软件更新和设备配置。实施自动化和版本控制系统，以简化软件生产流程。
•发布管理：协调基于 Android 的设备的软件发布和更新，包括版本控制、打包和分发。确保及时交付软件更新，以满足客户要求和法规遵从性。
•质量保证：对工厂工具和软件版本进行测试和验证，以确保功能、可靠性以及与目标硬件平台的兼容性。通过调试和故障排除来识别和解决问题。
•文档和培训：为工厂工具和软件生产流程创建文档和培训材料。为制造和工程团队提供培训和支持，以确保有效利用工具并遵守最佳实践。
能力要求：
•5年以上软件开发经验，最好是在基于Android的系统和制造环境中。
•熟练使用Java，Python或C / C++等编程语言。
•具有 Android 开发工具、SDK 和 API 的经验。
•了解软件生产流程，包括版本控制、构建系统和发布管理。
•熟悉制造工艺和质量控制标准。
•具有 CI/CD、构建自动化方面的经验
•了解 git、gerrit
•较强的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注。
能力加分：
•具有 Android 定制和固件开发经验。
•了解嵌入式系统编程和设备驱动程序。
•熟悉硬件测试和诊断工具。
•了解敏捷/Scrum 方法和相关工具。
•软件质量保证或项目管理认证。
