Job Summary

Control y Administracion del departamento de mantenimiento en el analisis de indicadores para las mejoras que impacten en la productividad, reduccion y/o eliminacion de condiciones inseguras que se presenten en la planta. Control y manejo de presupuesto en el departamento de mantenimiento.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Responsable de los metricos de mantenimiento

• Analisis de causa raiz en problemas recurrentes

• Programacion de programas de mantenimentos preventivos y correctivos

• Control y reduccion de costos

• Implementacion de mejoras para incremento de productividad

• Mejorar el desempeño de las máquinas

• Implementacion de TPM en areas de produccion

• Actualizacion de JHA, JSA para la reduccion de riesgo en las actividades de mantenimiento

• Cierre de acciones de auditorias y hallazgos por parte del departamento EHS

• Fomentar disciplina, limpieza, orden y reducción de costos en su área de responsabilidad

• Control de labor y tiempo extra

• Conocimiento de la administracion del mantenimento
