Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer III to join our exceptional team in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. As a Software Engineer III, you will have the opportunity to work on world-class projects and collaborate with a team of innovative professionals. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet specific project requirements
Collaborate with diverse teams to determine project scope and objectives
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Perform code reviews and debugging to ensure flawless functionality
Successfully implement software enhancements and upgrades
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 6+ years experience
6 years of experience in desktop application development in Java, Python and JavaScript
Experience in data structure
Cloud experience: Azure or AWS
Solid understanding of software development principles and expertise in programming languages
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong emphasis on effective collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Familiarity with at least one public cloud service
