Job Summary
- This role is responsible for driving a broad range of highly complex supply chain processes for large and complex global business units. The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of a company's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role works closely with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Strategically drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes, typically for large and complex global business units.
Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities at the highest level, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
Leads cross-functional global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
Defines, measures, and leverages KPIs to drive continuous improvement in business operations, and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.
Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
Communicates requirements and guidelines to the global business unit planning teams.
Works with managers to ensure alignment with global goals and objectives, and develops and coordinates efforts for reporting and tracking.
Facilitates and manages internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans.
Provides mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff employees
Education & Experience Recommended
Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 - $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
