Clean Energy RNG Construction Manager in Grove City, Ohio

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$140,000 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage construction activities for RNG Dairy sites by evaluating specifications to plan procedures, setting project goals and deadlines, prioritizing schedules, and overseeing staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Conduct construction activities within federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations. Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications. Manage change orders to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. Manage and monitor labor, equipment, and materials on-site. Maintain accurate daily activity and progress records via daily or weekly reports and photo documentation. Regularly communicate with the RNG PM and provide regular updates. Inspect the work in progress, drawings, and specifications to ensure that workmanship conforms to contract specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Address issues and resolve conflicts that arise during construction. Ensure quality control and compliance with the owner's program. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any site-specific concerns including partnering with the Project Team to channel communication with clients on change orders. Interface with respective public and regulatory officials including building inspectors ensuring proper inspections. Oversee and coordinate Contractors, subcontractors, trades, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. Travel as required to be on site full time for the duration of the project. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise a team of employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree; 7+ years of related experience and/or training and 2-5 years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
