Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks on-site, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our skilled workers. This role requires working at heights and being harnessed in for safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the erection and dismantling of steel structures.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support skilled workers as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to work at heights and be comfortable with harnessing.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Previous experience in construction or steel erection is a plus but not required.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with 2-5 hours of overtime per week. The role involves working both in the shop and in the field on structures. Lunch is included.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
