Spectrum Project Manager Engineering II in Greenwood Village, Colorado
This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
JOB SCOPE
The Project Manager Engineering II manages IP Video Control Operations based planning and projects through collaboration with multiple teams within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
Coordinate resources and ensure effective communication between project team members.
Document and track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and presentations for review with the project and leadership teams.
Support the project team in adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure that project documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Foster professional relationships with internal Video Operations teams, business partner organizations, and external vendors.
Develop subject matter expertise in the products, technologies, and services managed by the business unit.
Drive teams to adhere to operational processes established by the various business units and as necessary create new or modify existing process to address gaps.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience of prior project management experience
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing projects in the Software Development Life Cycle
Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall process is a plus).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, or Scrum Master,) is a plus.
Experience working at a MSO, Cable, or Telecom industries in an operations or software development role

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
