HR Coordinator/ Receptionist This position is a combined role of an HR Coordinator and Receptionist. It is the first impression of the organization for all internal and external guests, through telephone and face to face contact. This role will regularly assist with the promotion and execution of Human Resources programs as well as maintaining employee records. The base hourly range for this role is \$18-\$21 per hour. **This is an onsite role in our Greenville WI office ** Summary of Primary Responsibilities Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or department for escort into building. Properly answer incoming calls, screen and redirect using multi line telephone system. Observe safety and security procedures. Report potentially unsafe situations. Actively participate in Safety, Wellness, and other HR committees. Plan and execute on-site employee engagement activities. Administer HR programs such as education reimbursement and gift match. Code and track invoices and obtain the necessary approvals. Image employee documents for storage in electronic employee files. Act as contact person for all vending machines, coffee machines, and popcorn supplies. Assist with fundraising events by maintaining sign up sheets and/or collecting payments. Maintain and update Standard Work, Emergency and Reception Binders as needed. Create and provide training materials for backups. Distribute location specific communications via The Hub (Intranet) and other channels. Perform other administrative duties as needed including assisting with departmental projects. Minimum Experience Requirements 1-2 years experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role responsible for both incoming calls and visitors.
