Sales Advisor II
The Advisor II, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Place cold calls into targeted prospect accounts
Technically profile prospect calls as directed
Meet or exceed minimum requirements for the sales and results measurements based on targeted KPI’s to ensure activity is sufficient to drive sales results
Meet or exceed goals for sales/revenue daily
Start and finish the sales process from cold call to closed won
Manage/build proper sales pipeline
Create and manage your own client base upsell/cross sell additional and new products and services
Maintain and retain customer base ensure total base revenue increases MOM/YOY
Gather customer data and enter accurate information into provided CRM
Participate in team meetings
Assist management in activities and projects as required
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Build and nurture strong rapport quickly
Articulate OSH proposition well
Articulate OSH product knowledge
Engage, connect, and remain focused
Collect and record correct data and qualifications
Attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette
Effective communication skills

Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.

• Minimum of two years of college education. No prior call center experience is required
• Ability to think clearly and can explain simple issues effectively, both written and verbally
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
