Lockheed Martin Production Control Team Member - Early Career in Greenville, South Carolina

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Production Control Integrator. In this role, you will work daily with production teams to ensure efficient parts flow into the manufacturing process, as well as monitoring and rectifying any potential shortages. You will also interface with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate stocking levels of all parts in your build area. Business Unit Integrators attend daily production walks to understand the build process, manage constraints, and provide a conduit of information from all support groups (quality, engineering, etc.) to the build team. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing/warehousing/logistics systems and processes, high technical acumen, and the ability to build relationships across numerous functions to accomplish manufacturing objectives.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree relating to Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Management, or Business Management

- Previous experience (or expressed interest) working in an Operations role in a manufacturing environment

- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

- Previous manufacturing/operations experience; understanding of lean manufacturing

-Experience operating/transacting within an SAP environment

- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

business systems; Experience with inventory control, Material Requirement Planning and material flow.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel and macros

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
