Description
Our client, a boutique immigration law firm in Greenville, SC, is seeking a permanent full-time Immigration Paralegal to join their growing practice. Benefits include work life balance, a pleasant and fun team culture, medical, dental, paid holidays, and PTO.

Employment Based Visas
Family Based Immigration
Adjustment of Status / Green Cards
Short Term Visas
Student Visas
Temporary Worker Visas
USCIS Processing
Waivers
Requirements
2+ years of legal experience required in immigration law, criminal law, or litigation law settings
Ability to collaborate with immigration attorneys and administrative managers.
Extensive knowledge of visa, permanent residency, and secondary benefit applications.
Experience in preparing petition packages for review and filling.
Ability to manage immigration inquiries, gather required information, and keep clients informed of progress.
Proficiency in legal terminology and immigration database software, such as LawLogix and eIMMIGRATION.
Exceptional recordkeeping and communication skills.
