Job Description
What you will Do:
This intern role will enhance sales enablement and drive revenue growth by partnering with Product Line Leaders and Commercial teams. The intern will assist in creating a digital Controls product Book to reflect current market offerings and improving the Controls Products and Services SharePoint site with engaging content, such as training and demo videos. The intern will compile and validate data from several sources to create databases with valuable information on Voice of Customer, experience lists, and market and competitive intelligence. Additionally, the intern will work cross functionally with commercial and engineering teams to identify gaps of collateral to better sell products. Then work to create, update, and share content with sales and other departments to ensure all necessary materials are understood and utilized. The intern will collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence group in the Gas Power Marketing department to obtain necessary insights. This role requires strong project management skills, effective collaboration, and an interest in sales enablement or related fields.

May/June 2025 - August 2025
Expected Work Schedule:
Day/1st -Shift (40 - hours weekly)
What you will bring (Basic Qualifications):
Minimum 3.0 GPA (without rounding)
Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering Field or Marketing
Enrolled in a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program
What will make you stand out:
Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision
Working towards a degree in a field related to Controls, Networking, Cyber, or Power Generation
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, Tableau/ Power bi.
An analytical approach to problem solving with a high degree of creativity
Willingness and ability to learn from others while also injecting your curiosity and expertise
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)
Demonstrated leadership and team player with desire to work in fast-paced, agile environment

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergrate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
