Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a reputable construction company, is seeking a skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors for residential properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction. Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for over 14 years. Our comprehensive services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, concrete driveways, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general repairs and carpentry, doors and windows, and more.

We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable technician who has experience working with a variety of garage door types and can diagnose and repair issues efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential and commercial properties

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems

  • Replace faulty parts, such as springs, cables, and rollers

  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of garage doors

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • General Liability Preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Garage Door Technician

  • Strong knowledge of different types of garage door systems

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Currently living in the US
