Description

Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
• Prepare and present financial statements
• Manage office operations within the construction industry
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Conduct bank reconciliations as part of regular financial reviews
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting tasks
• Carry out month-end close procedures to finalize financial records
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for the role.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) management is essential.
• Expertise in conducting Bank Reconciliations is crucial.
• Demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping is a must.
• Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks is expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of Payroll processes and regulations is key.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is indispensable for the role.
