Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in GREENVILLE, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Non-Profit industry. The main function of this role will be to manage and process customer applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient processing of client funds
• Maintaining accounts payable for residents
• Regularly paying bills in a timely manner
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Utilizing Excel skills for data entry and account reconciliation
• Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handling Billing and Invoice Processing tasks
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Financial Edge for various tasks
• Preparing and issuing pay checks
• Conducting routine check preparations. Requirements • Possess skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in Billing and Data Entry is mandatory.
• Must be proficient in Invoice Processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Prior experience with Financial Edge software is desirable.
• Capability to handle Pay Checks and Prepare Checks is required.
