$19.00 / Hour – Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)
$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 3 Months/ * $500 after 6 Months
Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)
Choice of Supplemental benefits, including Short Term Disability and increased Life Insurance.
Eligible for 100% 401k match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment.

As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one-year experience working with you in organized group activities

SCHEDULE
A shift – Sunday thru Tuesday 8AM – 10PM (2hr break) Wednesday 8AM – 4PM
B shift – Wednesday 4PM – 10 PM, Thursday – Saturday 8Am – 10PM (2hr break)
