The Painter/Prep Worker must have the ability to produce automotive-grade paint finish results. Must have High School diploma or GED and have a painting and bodywork background in a manufacturing or automotive service environment. Must have high standards of quality and pride in work. Must have the ability to use standard hand tools, power tools, painting equipment, and grinders. Must possess the ability to follow instructions, have a positive attitude, and work well with others.
