Responsibilities:
Residential and commercial
PT/FT daylight and evening hours available
General Cleaning Responsibilities
-Vacuuming
-Dusting
-Trash removal
-Mopping
-Clean/Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
Clean and maintain company provided tools and chemicals
Follow scheduled hours and location
Abilitly to use company application on your phone
Customer satisfaction
Customer introductions and completion walk thrughs
Communicate personal and customer needs with account manager
Qualifications for Maintenance-Technician
3 years personal cleaning experience
Pride in delivering excellent service to customers
Integrity and commitment
Dependability
Clear communication
Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
Reliable transportation
Climbing, Balance, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping and Repetitive Motions
Ability to use ladders up to 6 ft.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs or more
Must have a valid Driver's license
Employees will be asked to use their personal vehicles for this position
