Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager specializing in Robotics to join our team. The Production Manager - Robotics will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and management of our robotic production flow. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage team members operating robots and ensure the continuous improvement of operational efficiency in our robot cells through ongoing education and maintenance programs.

Skills and Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role managing robotics production in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in steel fabrication.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of robotic systems, programming, and automation technology.
* Proficiency in production planning and scheduling methodologies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical information clearly.
* Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices for industrial robots.
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred. null
