This position isresponsible for managing client accounts, driving sales of security products and services, and cultivating strong client relationships. They serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met through tailored solutions. By leveraging deep product knowledge and industry insights, they achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service and support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve recurring contract sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and contract negotiations that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required to support the needs of the business
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the companys mission and values

WORK HOURS:Monday thru Friday overtime/weekends as required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This position works in a typical office environment, with occasional visits to other offices, plants, and jobsites. During these travel situations, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Qualifications

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bu iness Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least one year of experience in the physical security industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Ability to prove US employment eligibility.
